Dr Carl F. Sloan
We are Pleased to announce that Carl F. Sloan, MD, has joined Coastal Eye Group, PC, providing medical and surgical glaucoma services for our patients. A life-long resident of South Carolina, Dr. Sloan received his magna cum laude Bachelor of Science in biology and magna cum laude Bachelor of Arts in government from Wofford College in Spartanburg. He received his Doctorate of Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Sloan performed his internship in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins University's Sinai Hospital in Baltimore and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Sinai Hospital's Krieger Eye Institute. Most recently, he completed a fellowship in glaucoma at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
At Coastal Eye Group, Dr. Sloan will be practicing medical and surgical glaucoma in our Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach Offices.
